I am a people person and strongly believe in providing outstanding customer service to both landlords and tenants. I head up a strong team all committed to delivering nothing short of exceptional service. I am committed to becoming the agent of choice once again in Rugby. I am passionate about good communication, great service and building relationships.

I bring a strong legal background from my career in Ukraine, which has given me an excellent eye for detail, a thorough and methodical approach, and a strong understanding of the importance of accuracy and compliance. I'm passionate about property and love helping tenants find a home that's right for them, while making the letting process as smooth and straightforward as possible for landlords. I'm extremely thorough in everything I do and take pride in getting the details right, from the initial enquiry through to the completion of a tenancy. I bring enthusiasm, dedication and a positive attitude to the Newman lettings team, and I'm always happy to go the extra mile to provide a professional and friendly service to our landlords and tenants.
Karen McDougall
Property Manager
I'm highly organised, detail-focused and take great pride in making sure our landlords and properties are managed to the highest possible standard. Compliance is a key part of my role, and I work closely with our landlords to ensure that all the necessary legal and safety requirements are kept up to date. I oversee the process for all new tenancies, making sure everything is completed accurately and efficiently from the initial paperwork through to the tenancy starting. I also organise and coordinate property inspections, keeping a close eye on the condition of each property and ensuring that any issues are identified and dealt with promptly. I'm naturally very thorough and focused, with a strong eye for detail. I believe good property management is about being organised, proactive and staying one step ahead, giving our landlords confidence that their properties are in safe and capable hands.
Caroline Newman
Founder
Over 35 years ago, I founded my lettings and property management company from the ground up, and I'm incredibly proud of how it has grown and evolved over the years. My passion has always been supporting landlords within the private rented sector. The property industry has become increasingly complex, with ever-changing legislation, regulations and responsibilities for both landlords and agents. My aim has always been to make that complexity easier to navigate, providing landlords with expert guidance, honest advice and a genuinely personal service. I believe that successful property management is built on knowledge, experience and strong relationships. After more than three decades in the industry, I bring a wealth of experience to the business and remain as passionate about helping our landlords as I was when I first started. Giving back has also always been an important part of who I am and of the values behind our company. Over the years, we have contributed thousands of pounds to charitable causes, both locally and internationally. From sleeping rough to raise awareness of homelessness, to working with ActionAid to help build five schools across Sierra Leone and the Democratic Republic of Congo, I believe that success is most meaningful when it can be used to make a positive difference to others. Our charitable work has even been recognised by His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales, now His Majesty The King, which was a very proud moment and one that reinforced my belief that businesses have an important role to play in giving something back to the communities around them. After more than 35 years, my enthusiasm for the property industry — and for helping people — remains as strong as ever.
