Information will only be shared where an appropriate lawful basis applies.

- Landlords and property owners: Information relevant to tenancy applications, referencing, property management and the performance of tenancy obligations.
- Tenancy deposit protection providers: Authorised deposit protection schemes for the registration, administration and resolution of tenancy deposit matters.
- Professional advisers and service providers: Mortgage advisers, conveyancers, surveyors, solicitors, accountants, insurers, insurance intermediaries and legal representatives.
