I have spent nearly 20 years working with property, sales and finance and after refining my skills working in several well known and respected institutions I set out to work for myself in May 2020. Initially setting up solely as a mortgage service I used digital marketing strategy as a platform to engage would be mortgage clients against the backdrop of the covid pandemic, my community grew, and continues to be, the largest Nottingham specific mortgage forum – 3 years on my brokerage now employs 5 dedicated mortgage brokers and compliance support staff.

A short while after launching the mortgage broker business I moved to open an estate agent in Stapleford, my years working in the industry taught me there were many areas which just aren’t being catered for by traditional estate agents – and I moved to fill these gaps. In the last 3 years we have gained a profile to a point we are recognised as excellent in the best estate agent guide 2023, we launched a sell for free proposition which has seen my company featured in industry podcasts, and we have just creeped in to the top 50 largest estate agents in Nottingham. After the sales launch we have introduced a lettings service, which, like the businesses set up before it, will be put together with industry leading technology and the best minds to deliver an unrivalled service.

Outside of work I have a wife, Sarah, we got married on a beautiful day in March 2022, I have 2 daughters, Abigail and Scarlett, and a son, Oliver. I love to spend my spare time with my family, and set out in 2020 with a view to spending more quality time with them. I am a Nottingham Forest fan and season ticket holder, we sit in the Brian Clough stand. I love to engage with youth football projects, and currently manage a team, and have always sought to support and engage with wider community on local fundraising projects.

My businesses are my passion, and now under the guise of The Property Experts I look forward to launching the final, and most highly prestigious service offering. Where I, personally, will be on hand 24/7 to use all my skills and experience to assist a select group of clients to sell their property, offering a personal and expert property sales and home moving experience simply not catered for - anywhere.
