We offer 3 levels of service to our landlords but if you would like something more bespoke we can work with you on this.
Fully Managed
Our most specialist service where we take care of absolutely everything relating to your property. You have zero involvement other than decision making in some circumstances.
Let & Rent Collection Only
We will find you a tenant and collect the monthly rent. We will deal with all rent related queries and arrears should they arise. Maintenance issues will be dealt with directly between Landlord & Tenant. If a landlord requires assistance with serving notices we can do this for you but will be subject to a charge at the prevailing rate.
Let Only
We will source you a tenant and prepare tenancy agreements. We will then hand everything over to you to deal directly with your tenant.
