Sean Newman

Sean started his own estate agency business in 1988, over 30 years ago. He has worked hard to build a successful business based on a simple foundation of looking after the customer. Sean now focuses on helping Partner Agents by passing on his knowledge and providing training and support. Sean has been supported by his wife Caroline who runs the lettings and management business and his two children Tyler & Summer.

From our initial first meeting with Sean Newman to a follow up call last week to check we had settled into our new home, the entire experience far exceeded our expectations on every level - knowledge of the market, customer service, professionalism, marketing material. We now understand why their fee is non-negotiable .... because they earn every single penny of it! Once we had decided to sell our home our original plan was to get 3 Agents in to value our house and then to pick one to represent us. We didn't get that far - we were so impressed with Sean's knowledge, experience, preparation work and proven business model that it was an easy decision to appoint him without the need to talk to any other Agents. From the minute we put pen to paper their marketing machine swung into action. Their advertising campaign was impressive and we sold within one week of our Open Day which enabled us to purchase the house of our dreams. Having agreed a sale, the on-going commitment of the team didn't stop. The team were constantly in the background following up with all parties involved in our chain to keep the process moving to Exchange and Completion. In effect they took a lot of the stress of house moving away from us. We put our faith in Sean and his team and they delivered on every count.
